Bret Joseph "Cowboy" Brennan passed away the evening of Nov. 17, 2009, at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas, Nevada after an 18 month battle with cancer. He was born January 25, 1961, at Sculthorpe USAF base, Sculthorpe, Norfolk, England, and resided in Las Vegas for most of his 48 years.

Cowboy attended elementary school in Las Vegas, Virginia City Middle School, and Carson High School; and worked for Rudisill Roofing for many years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bartholamew James Brennan. Cowboy leaves behind his mother and stepfather, Dolly (Perry) and Dwight Adams; his son, Bret Jonathan Brennan; his brothers, "Bart" James Brennan, Jr., Anthony Woolery, Noel Wygart; and his many homeless and non-homeless friends.
